Meatballs (Homemade)
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 6-8 slices stale bread, moisten with water, squeeze excess water out
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon oregano leaves

- Mix altogether well. Shape into balls.
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat
- Place in meat balls, cover
- When they turn brown, turn over, re-cover.
- Watch closely, for they brown very quickly
- Serve hot. Pour on sauce as desired
